A Unity Consciousness World

First Human Interspecies Model Outside Solar System(FHIMOS) , which is the model the Galactic Federation follow at the time of first contact.

Vienete Laos will be the new location for the United Nations, and this will be the site of FHIMOS. There will be seven beings at the first contact and Earth will be represented by Fiona Mackay, the president of the newly formed Earth Council. Earth will be welcomed into a new age by the Galactic Federation President, the head of Earth’s Alliance, Gipol, President of the moon. The Agarthan President and the President of the Arcturian Worlds.

Each of the seven continents will have a council member.

This is the Schumann Resonance also called Earth’s heartbeat. The baseline for Earth is 7.8hz, and here we can see that the heartbeat is up to 24hz. This rise in frequency corresponds to how high our collective vibration has risen and will continue to rise as we ascend into a Unity Consciousness World.

World Council

From my perspective the thought of living on a new world and still having politicians is deplorable. Fortunately, the heads of state for countries will be limited to the fundamental management of their country.

Democracy is dead, and countries will be Geniocracy with one exception. The leader will be the person who has the highest vibration combined with the greatest intelligence. Governments will no longer be able to dictate how people will live. Their responsibility will be only to their citizens and the leader will no longer be involved in foreign relations other than cultures and society. Every person involved in the higher levels of running the country has to have a high vibration.

There is no planet that is capable of traveling between stars that does have a council guiding them. Earth alliance, which is a council of seven people and includes a lightworker, Archangel Michael, a military leader, a professor, a philanthropist, an Agarthan, and a Pleidiean.

All Earth’s councils will be made up of seven people. The World Council will have a representative from each of the seven continents. Each continent will be divided into seven areas, and each will have a council. Those seven areas will be divided into seven areas with a council from each.

I can show you an example of what the Pacific Region will look like.

• 2) Oregon, Washington and Southern British Columbia
• 3) South Central British Columbia
• 4) North Central and North British Columbia
• 5) North British Columbia
• 6) South Alaska
• 7) North Alaska

Not sure how the councils will work, however, I am sure they will be interesting.

In British Columbia everything is divided into regions. I live in the West Kootenays, which would be part of region two. Region two will be divided into seven parts and each region will have a council of seven.

The president of each council will represent their region at the Pacific council and then the President of the Pacific will be a part of the North American Council and then the President of North America will be on the World Council.
