
From my perspective, in order to be healthy you need to exercise regularly. As you get older it takes more effort to keep up an exercise program. However, the benefits of bike riding, pickleball or just walking every day are enormous. In China, over a hundred million people do tai chi every day. Tai Chi is called the weight lifting of martial arts. Doing the movement and working with circulating the energy is a great way for people to keep healthy. The reason is simple, tai chi is a slow-moving exercise; and unlike other exercises, the slower the movement, the more beneficial for the body.

Exercise not only uses the energy in the body, it brings more energy in, and that energy flow is very good for the entire body. Our body is an immense electrical system and one body could power a large city. That body has seven major energy centers called the chakras. Those chakras get recharged by the use of an antenna which is connected to the Crystalline Grid.
Of course, all exercise is good and will keep the chakras charged, however, slow-moving exercises where there are extended poses like tai chi is even better because the antenna is extended for a longer time.
It is important that you reframe your body as transmitting your essence, energy, and emotions, with this antenna, but you are also receiving these energies and emotions from others.
